As a Receptionist and Agent Team Member, you will:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including timely follow-ups as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing details.
- Contribute to a positive office environment with a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success.
